Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek has been an American actress for over 20 years. She was famous for her role as Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 film White Chicks Danielle Brooks in the USA Network television series Covert Affairs Dr. Amber Volakis on the Fox series House Lura Grant in the HBO series Big Love and Francine Hanson in the AMC series Mad Men. Anne Dudek has gained fame for her work as an American actress who played Tiffany Wilson in White Chicks, a 2004 comedy. Also, she is well-known for her television roles as Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's sitcom House Danielle Brookson in USA Network's drama Covert Affairs and Lura Grant in HBO's drama Big Love. Growing up in Massachusetts Dudek was a student at Northwestern University where she got her first acting role in the theatrical production of The Iphigenia Cycle. Dudek was honored with an award called the Joseph E. Caloway Award for her exceptional performance on stage in The Iphigenia Cycle New York City production. American Theater Magazine also featured Dudek as one of ten theatre actors who should be watched. Dudek eventually landed performances on television as well as the big screen. From 2008 to 2016, the talented actress got married to Matthew Heller. Dudek was born on the streets of Boston Massachusetts in 1975 and born in Newton. In her early years, she was a student at Northwestern University. She appeared in many theater performances and made her Broadway debut in Wrong Mountain. In the following year she won with the Connecticut Critics Circle Award, due to her performance in The Glass Menagerie. The Book Group in Britain was her first appearance on television. She's been guest on a wide range of television programs like Desperate Women How I Met Your Mother, Friends, ER, Charmed Bodies Numb3rs or Six Feet Under. In addition, she portrayed Lucinda in the first episode of Psych. In the following episode, she was a high school teacher with a romantic relationship to one of her students in Law & Order Criminal Intent. Dudek got her first repeat role in House in the role of Amber Volakis. The character was one of the forty doctors that Dr. Gregory House considered for the permanent positions on his team. The character of Amber Volakis kept appearing throughout the entire series until it was finally killed off at the finale in House's Heart. House will later see her as a deformed version of herself in the five-season episode Saviors. Dudek later appeared in Big Love and Mad Men with recurring roles in the role of Alby Grant's antagonistic husbands, Francine Hanson. Dudek joined Covert Affairs in 2010, as Danielle Brooks. She is the character's sister. In 2004 she appeared as Tiffany Wilson, a cruise-line inheritor in White Chicks. She also played Anthony Hopkins daughter in The Human Stain.
